Fall 2021 Soccer Season Information
In-House Recreational
Age Groups: 5U, 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U and 10U (Boys and Girls)
Cost: $50 (per person), volunteer deposit (dependent on hours volunteered).
Season: Thursday, August 1 through Thursday, September 26 (see schedule)
Practice Days and Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays; 5:30-7:00pm
Location: Soccer Fields off Hwy 63 across from KOA
Deadline for registration for in-house recreational: Tuesday, July 9
Late Fee of $15 (per person) after this deadline.
You have to buy-out the fundraiser after this deadline (see below).
If you register after this deadline, you will still get a T-shirt, but it will be delayed.
Traveling Teams
Age Groups: 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U and 15U (Boys and Girls); and High School Girls (15U-19U)
Cost: $80 /per person (the cost includes a full uniform), sibling discount available ($10 per sibling).
Season: Thursday, August 1 through Thursday, October 10 (see schedule)
Practice Days and Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays; 5:30-7:00pm
Location: Soccer Fields off Hwy 63 across from KOA
Deadline for registration for traveling teams: Tuesday, July 9
Late Fee of $15 (per person) after this deadline.
You have to buy-out the fundraiser after this deadline (see below).
If you register after this deadline, you will still get a T-shirt, but it will be delayed.
**You’ll notice that 9U and 10U overlap for both In-House Recreational and Traveling. Each family can decide if they want their 9U or 10U player to participate on an in-house team (meaning they don’t travel) or on a traveling team (meaning they do travel). You can decide this option during the registration process.**
Fundraising
Each family has two options (you will choose one):
- Buy a box of chocolate bars for $60. You would recoup your $60 purchase by selling the chocolate bars to people for $1 each.
- Don’t buy the chocolate bars and pay $50. This is the fundraising buy-out option. If you register after Tuesday, July 9, you have to buy-out (because we have to order the chocolate on this date).
Coaching
We are in need of coaches for the Fall season. If you would like to coach (1 per team) or be an assistant coach (1 per team), please contact Jeremy Mavis to obtain a discount code you can use to get some money off of your registration. You must coach the whole season and the discount only applies during the registration process.

Part One: Online Registration
Registration via Demosphere for Fall Soccer 2019
- Link will redirect you to the Hayward United Soccer Club registration page on Demosphere.
- Credit or debit cards are currently the only form of payment we accept .
- If you didn’t play soccer in the Spring 2019 for Hayward United, but have played in the past, then you need to follow these instructions for signing into the registration system.
Part Two: In Person
On Monday, July 29, all players and their parents will meet at Hayward Wesleyan Church (NOT the soccer fields) to prepare for the Fall 2019 soccer season!
Participants will…
- …meet their coach and teammates.
- …get their uniform or T-shirt.
- …pick up the chocolate bars for fundraising if you elected to sell them (please bring $60) or buyout the fundraiser (please bring $50).
- …turn in a volunteer deposit of $50 per family. If you log at least 3 hours in concessions or field work then your cash or check for $50 will be returned to you. If you coach you do not have to do a volunteer deposit.
